Cannot give The Punch List Crew enough credit! Being an out of town owner, timing is of the essence for me. I needed to get an estimate, check feasibility of work, and then get it done, all within a short time span. Dan and Kathy responded to my inquiry within hours, listened to my concerns and evaluated my situation. He arrived on time, gave me a reasonable quote and fit me into his schedule within two days!
